First: We Listen to Your Needs

Before we can begin selecting from our large pool of candidates, A1 Staffing Solutions listens to your needs and concerns. It is in our best interest to ensure that we send you only the best candidates. We strive to help our clients achieve success and assure they are thrilled with the people we find for them.

Second: We Find the Right Candidates

We maintain a large pool of potential candidates in our database. These are people we have already vetted and will be great candidates for multiple companies. Our recruiters will review the list to determine which candidates will be a good fit for your organization.

Third: We Screen Potential Candidates

A1 Staffing Solutions interviews each candidate we determine is best for you. Interviews will explore candidate skills and experience that are specifically related to your requirements. A team of recruiters will review the interview results and compile a list of the best candidates.

Fourth: Candidate Selection

Some companies prefer that we select candidates and send them directly to you. Other companies prefer to interview them themselves. You choose what is best for you. Once the candidate is approved, we draft the paperwork and get you up and running.

Fifth: Employee Monitoring

Once the employee is hired, we don't stop there. We communicate with you and the employee to make sure a "good fit" has been made. This helps us make sure our employee is giving you the help you need.
